Imagine Baytown: Strategic Planning for 2027

What is Imagine Baytown?

The City of Baytown is in the process of developing its new strategic plan, Imagine Baytown, to help identify the City's directives and strategic initiatives and we want your input. Imagine Baytown is a 5-year community-based strategic plan that will bring together residents, Baytown City Council, and city staff in the development of a vision and direction for Baytown. Imagine Baytown is a way to communicate residents top priorities to ensure Baytown continues to grow to meet the needs and expectations of the community. These shared visions will be compiled into a guiding document to influence future decision making. Your feedback is extremely important so we are providing a variety of ways for you to contribute to the conversation both virtually and in-person. Residents are invited to participate through surveys, polls, workshops, focus groups, and open meetings.
